What a beautiful image to give to your parents to show how much you love them and how much you care for them for all they do for you.
Added the antique look to the roses used the flood filter to add the water effects then I used flood fill tool to change the back ground to black and I then used picture tube tool to add teardrops. All done in Paint Shop Pro 8.
